Blaze Terms & Conditions

Payments: Fees are due in advance each term or month and are non-refundable for missed classes or withdrawals. Late payments may result in a late fee or loss of class place.

Attendance: Regular attendance and punctuality are essential. Please inform the school if your child will be absent by whatapp message. Payments will still be due if your child can't attend.

Uniform & Hair: All dancers must wear uniform to all classes. Hair must be tied back neatly and trainers must worn at all times.

Behaviour: Respectful behaviour towards teachers and staff from both dancers, and parents is expected at all times. Bullying or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Health & Safety: Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions or injuries. The school takes every care but cannot be held responsible for injuries sustained during normal dance activity.

Additional Needs: Please inform the school of any learning, medical, or accessibility needs that may require additional support or reasonable adjustments. This ensures we can provide a safe,inclusive, and supportive environment for every student.

Media Consent: Photos and videos may be used for social media or promotional purposes unless parents opt out when signing up with our school.

Withdrawals: A minimum of 4 weeks' written notice is required to withdraw from any classes. Any payments that fall due during the 4-week notice period remain payable, regardless of attendance, as your place will remain reserved and classes will continue to run as normal. You are welcome to attend all classes during the notice period; however, choosing not to attend does not affect the payments due during this period, and all fees owed must still be paid in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Communication: All updates (classes, events, and fees) will be shared via the school’s official communication channels. Please check regularly in WhatsApp groups or email.
